Ayers Management is an accredited Standard Business Sponsorship (SBS) business sponsor with the Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs (DIMIA). This allows Ayers to sponsor professional contractors from overseas on the 457 Visa to work in Australia for up to four years at a time.
To be eligible for consideration of sponsorship, the following criteria needs to be met:
- The nominated occupation is in the IT&T, Accounting/Business/Finance, Architecture, Engineering or Marketing industry.
- The Contractor has successful secured a full time assignment via a Recruitment Agency or End User that will work with Ayers (Click here for useful links that may assist in your job search).
- The contract period is for a minimum 3 months on a full time basis.
- The salary package meets and/or exceeds the Ayers minimum yearly taxable salary of: IT industry- $70,400, Other industry - $56,320.
salary package includes: paid Annual Leave, Sick Days, Superannuation and State Payroll Tax.
- The Contractor and all accompanying family members on the visa have no pre-existing medical conditions.
Ayers Management use services of Migration Lawyers/Migration Agents from KesselsGoddard+Ajuria for all sponsorship visa lodgments. Immigration advice and visa lodgment provided by the Migration Agent attracts a discounted fee which is payable directly to KesselsGoddard+Ajuria. Contractors that meet the sponsorship requirements will be made aware of these fees.
All Ayers sponsored employees working in Australia are required to take out private medical insurance for themselves and all family members on their 457 visa with Ayers' Insurer IMAN International P/L.
