What it means

If you’ve been a permanent member of staff before you’ll have found that everything has been taken care of for you. For PAYG contractors it’s a little different as they are not an employee and opt to be an independent contractor.

If you’ve negotiated yourself a contract via an agency or directly with a company and you are an individual entering into a contract as a ‘tax employee’ of Ayers we will assist with the following for PAYG contractors:

• We’ll manage your contract administration
• We’ll give you honest advice of whether this is the best option for you
• We’ll manage your payroll and send you an automated pay-slip on payday!
• We’ll manage your workers comp, public liability and professional indemnity insurances.
• We’ve designed a contractor portal that makes things quick and easy to sign up, submit timesheets, change details and check pay-slips.
